We ship WORLDWIDE. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, simply WhatsApp us and we’ll assist you further.

We dispatch all parcels within 8–10 working days. Delivery time depends on the method chosen:

Standard Delivery: 8–10 working days after shipping (INR 3000)

Express Delivery: 4–5 working days after shipping (INR 4000)


Product pricing or shipping fees DO NOT include any custom/duties that your country may apply. For further information on custom and duty fees, research on Google about your country. The brand is not liable for any fee levied by the customs or duty department of your country.

Returns? Not unless the outfit arrives damaged (and you let us know within 24 hrs of delivery).

Exchanges? Absolutely! You can exchange your piece for the same product within 7 days, provided it’s unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Post that, the artisans are already at work, and there’s no turning back (literally).

We take 8-10 working days to process and ship your order for both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and you will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI, Paytm, Google Pay (GPay), and PhonePe. For those who like a little balance in life, our payment policy includes Partial COD because we like to keep things fair.

All Pramila pieces are made to order because luxury deserves patience. Once you place your order, our artisans work their magic, ensuring every detail is flawless. Your outfit will be shipped within two weeks of ordering.
