At Pramila, every piece is carefully crafted and made to order with attention to detail. To ensure the best experience for our customers, please read our exchange and return policy below.
Size Exchange
We offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery.
* The exchange is only applicable for size changes of the same article.
* We do not offer exchanges for different products or styles.
* The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
* Customers must request the exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returns
We do not offer returns on orders except in the case of a damaged product.
If you receive a damaged item:
* An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
* The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damage to the product.
* You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
* Once verified, we will arrange the return shipping and replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot process claims without an unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping within India
* Shipping across India is free of charge.
* As our products are made to order, the shipping timeline varies by article.
* The estimated shipping timeline is mentioned in the product description of each item.
* In general, orders are dispatched within 10–25 working days.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping with two delivery options:
Standard Delivery
* Shipping Fee: ₹2500
* Delivery Time: 8–10 days after dispatch
Express Delivery

* Shipping Fee: ₹3500
* Delivery Time: 4–5 days after dispatch

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a snug fit, depending on the garment style and cut.

How to Measure Your Size

Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other across your back.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

High Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (slightly above the navel). Do not pull your stomach in.

Low Waist: Measure around the area where you usually wear low-waist bottoms.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Top Length: Measure from the shoulder down to the desired top/blouse length.

Bottom Length: Measure from the waist down to the desired length (or floor, if full length).

Height: Measure your full height without footwear.
